O.S.H.C. Survey
Parents, please take a moment to complete the attached survey and return it to administration as soon as possible. One significant factor negatively impacting our student enrolment is the lack of outside school hours care. Many families require supervision for their children before and after school, as well as during holidays, while balancing the demands of work and family life.
This detailed survey is a crucial step for the department and potential care providers in assessing the feasibility of establishing outside school hours care at our location. Your response is essential. To maintain a strong enrolment rate and ensure the longevity of our great school, we need to provide outside school hours care. This will help attract local families who currently have to choose schools that offer this service. If successful, I believe this effort will be worthwhile.
Community Movie Night
Thank you to everyone who has already purchased tickets for our P&C's first Community Movie Night! We're looking forward to a fun event for all. If you haven't bought tickets yet, don't worry—tickets can be purchased in advance up until the event, and they will also be available at the gate.
This event is set to be our P&C's major fundraiser for the year, with all proceeds going directly to SU Australia. These funds are crucial for maintaining the chaplaincy program at our school, which ensures that Chappy Evan remains on staff. To sustain this valuable program, SU Australia now relies heavily on external support, as well as contributions from schools. From my perspective, the benefits of the chaplaincy program for all students are immense, and our Chappy Evan is a shining example of just how valuable these special people are in our schools.
