CREDITS ON STATEMENTS
At the end of each month, statements are emailed for outstanding invoices. Some of these statements are credits on student accounts. If you see a negative amount on any statement received, this is a credit and does not need to be paid.
BPOINT PAYMENTS
If an incorrect customer reference and/or invoice number is incorrect or left blank, the finance system is unable to process the payment to the student account. This requires further finance processing to correct the error. To reduce this happening, please ensure you have the correct details before making payment.

HEALTH & SAFETY MEETING
Health, Safety and Wellbeing Committee Meetings are held once each term. The next meeting is on Tuesday 5 March at 2:00pm. We do not currently have a parent representative on the Committee. If you are interested in becoming a Committee member, please come along to the meeting next week. Items to be discussed at the meeting can be submitted to me prior to the meeting.
